Terms of Service
Binding operational protocols and booking regulations for Main Futsal. By accessing our facilities, returning players and new recruits agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Reservations
All court reservations must be made through the official Main Futsal portal. A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been processed.
Players must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled kick-off. Late arrivals will not be granted extended time, as doing so would compromise subsequent bookings.
2. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellations must be executed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the kick-off time, or failure to show up, will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. Main Futsal reserves the right to suspend accounts with recurrent no-shows.
3. Arena Code of Conduct
Proper Gear: Only appropriate turf shoes or flat-soled indoor futsal shoes are permitted. Cleats or studs are strictly prohibited.
Fair Play: Aggressive behavior, fighting, or verbal abuse towards staff, referees, or opposing teams will result in immediate ejection and permanent bans.
Facility Preservation: Spitting on the turf, smoking within the arena, or bringing unauthorized food onto the playing surface is strictly forbidden.
4. Liability & Waivers
Futsal is a physically demanding sport. By stepping onto the pitch at Main Futsal, players acknowledge the inherent risks of injury. Arena management is not liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or damages incurred during play or while on the premises.
Players are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in high-intensity sports.
